The Pet Intolerance Test is suitable for both dogs and cats over 6 months of age! Simply check "dog" or "cat" when you register your kit. We'll take it from there.

Please declare the package "Exempt Animal Specimen" and value the package at $1 to cover the cost of the components being sent back. We do NOT recommend using FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
